A bit about me

I'm a software engineer from Pakistan who likes turning rough product ideas into things people can actually use. Most of my work lives in mobile — Flutter apps with real authentication, real-time features, and Firebase behind them — but I move across the stack into React and Next.js frontends and Node / NestJS + PostgreSQL services when a project calls for it.

I've shipped production work across three engineering internships — most recently building FinSight, a full-stack AI expense tracker, at Invotyx — while finishing my BSCS at Air University.

I care about the parts that make software hold up over time — clean architecture, sane state management, and interfaces that still feel right on the tenth screen, not just the first.

  • Built FinSight, a full-stack AI expense tracker with a React 18 + Vite + TypeScript frontend and a NestJS + PostgreSQL backend, integrating LLM-based transaction categorization via the Gemini API.
  • Implemented secure JWT authentication with a refresh-token rotation pattern (access token in memory, refresh token in an httpOnly cookie), including Axios interceptors for seamless token handling.
